I'm having steering problems after having a new rack fitted - is it related to having a new sensor?
I've just had a new steering rack installed, and then had to have the power steering sensor replaced. Now a warning light comes up on the dashboard and the steering is heavy at low speed and light at high speed. The computer is not recording a fault with the new sensor. Any ideas?

It appears that your car will require the steering sensor to be reset. This sensor defines whether the steering is light or heavy. The garage that installed the new rack should know of this and be able to reset it.
