What is the best non diesel car with a higher seating position?

We have a 2015 automatic, 1.6 Volkswagen Touran TDI. It's driven approximately 8000 miles per year. Bearing in mind that we are in our seventies, what would our best option be for a non diesel multi fuel, automatic alternative car with a higher seating position?
