Which wheels and tyres are best for my Fiesta?

What is the best tyre to buy in terms of longevity and reliability for my Ford Fiesta Style (2006) model? And also what size alloy rims would I need to buy?

The wheel and tyre sizes for this car are 14-inch with 175/65 R14 tyres; 15-inch with 195/50 R15 tyres or 16-inch with 195/45 R16 tyres. It's probably on 14-inch steel wheels which are to most appropriate for the car and the best tyres for it are Michelin Cross Climate for ride comfort, steering feel, quietness, grip in mud and snow with no penalty in terms of tyre life or fuel economy.
