Saab 9-3 car alarm keeps going off

I have a 2006 Saab 9-3 and the alarm keeps going off. I need to check the batteries in the control unit, but I have been unable to find it so far. I have checked the boot and under both front wheel arches, but no joy. Any ideas?

Well all our research indicates that the alarm system should be inside the front left hand wheel arch (after removal of the wheel and cover it should be at the front of the arch).
If however you are saying it is not on your car ,then the only other suggestion is to go to this link and see if it applies to your car.

Other than that you may need to get advice from a dealership.
