How can I fix my Skoda's misfire?

My Skoda Fabia is misfiring. A mechanic has cleaned all three spark plugs and checked the coil - both are okay but still it is misfiring. What should I try next?

You mean the old, non-turbo, chain cam three-cylinder 1.2 TSI? It might be a coil pack, might be carbed up inlet valves, might be a stretched timing chain.
