Ford Focus water ingress

My Ford Focus (2005 model) has stated leaking water into the cabin. The liquid enters though the dashboard and is becoming a real problem. Any idea how I can fix this?

Either the heater matrix has failed or the valve/union to the heater matrix has failed. A garage job because it's hard to get at. See: good-garage-guide.honestjohn.co.uk/
