Buying a BMW - 320 or 328?

Over the years I have had BMW 320 diesels without to many problems. Now I have retired and my mileage is now less than 10.000 a year I would like to change to a petrol version, either a 320 or preferably 328. Your report on the 328 was excellent but I have found it difficult to get reliability information reports on either and especially the 328. What are your thoughts on long term reliability of these vehicles?
