What's causing my Peugeot 206 to rattle and shake when I change gear?

I have a Peugeot 206 1.9 LX D (2000 model). The car runs very well apart from gear changes, when the whole engine rattles and shakes. This is the only time this occurs. Could this be the engine/gear mountings or a clutch problem?

Might be the dual mass flywheel separating (if it has a DMF). Or it might be the engine/transmission mountings.
