Which is a better buy - 2009 Hyundai Grandeur or 2009 Skoda Superb?
Which has better rear legroom and would have cheaper parts - 2009 Hyundai Grandeur or 2009 Skoda Superb? I need something relatively cheap to run (MPG aside) and that can allow for plenty of front legroom with large car seats on the back seat. Also with prams and various child related paraphernalia, a large boot would be very useful.
I am currently running a 2007 Non-turbo Subaru Impreza saloon and the front legroom is now restricted by the car seat behind it. We are also doing more and more long distance runs, which means taking half of Toys R Us and the kitchen sink with us.

There were only ever a handful of Hyundai Grandeurs imported to the UK: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/hyundai/hyundai-gr.../ So unless you have actually found one, you're best advised to look at Skoda Superbs. Parts (especially trim parts) will be a problem for the Grandeur and servicing will take extra time (and probably a hefty deposit) as parts will have to be specially ordered in from South Korea.
