Vauxhall Insignia stop-start problem
I have just bought Vauxhall Insignia, but the stop start system doesn't shut off the engine when stationary in traffic. Is this a fault?

If the battery is not charging sufficiently then the stop start will not work because there would be insufficient charge in the battery to re-start the engine.
