Need a used car that will fit three child seats - any suggestions?
We need to buy a car that fits three child car seats across the back. We quite like the Nissan Qashqai+2 but are not sure which model to go for. We have £10k to spend and will only be using it for short trips.

For the sort of use you envisage, avoid the 2.0 litre diesel and only go for the 1.5DCI if it does not have a diesel particulate filter. 2009 or earlier you should be safe. Unfortunately the 1.6 chain cam petrol engine was not very good and the car had to be undergeared to work with it so it very noisy on the motorway. The non DPD 1.5DCI makes the most sense. Needs a new timing belt, tensioner and waterpump every 4 years or 60k mile whichever comes first.
