Buying a write off - is it worth the risk?
Is it ever worth buying a write off? I've been looking at a Category C Ford Fiesta that seems very good value. It has had two MoT passes since the write off. Is it still a big risk?

Depends on the standard of repair. This explains write off categories: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/insurance-write-offs/ Difficult to re-sell. Almost impossible to part-exchange. But if it's cheap and you just want to run it into the ground could make sense.
