Focus juddering above 2000rpm - what could it be?

My car is juddering really bad after 2000 revs, when you first start the car the rev counter is going up and down. You can drive it but as soon as you go over 2000 revs the car starts juddering, I put injector cleaner in and it did help for a while. I've had the injectors sent away they came back okay,.

Lots of things can go wrong with this engine: Timing belt, tensioner and waterpump, turbo, turbo oil feed and oil return (banjo) pipes, DPF, DMF. Could be that the oil feed/oil return pipes to the turbo bearings are choked with carbon. That's very common.
