Should I convert my Mazda Bongo to LPG?

I was thinking of having my 1998 2-litre petrol Mazda Bongo converted to LPG to save money. Is this one of my better ideas?

It depends who does the conversion, and what sort of feedback you can get from other Bongo owners who have had this work done.
