Reporting an aggressive driver

How do I report a very aggressive driver? I have camera footage recorded on my dash cam.

Take a copy of the dashcam footage to the police and see if they are prepared to prosecute the driver on that basis. I don't think they legally can because police camera footage normally has to be corroborated by an officer.
