Wheel size on Honda CR-V

My CR-V is a good car but i think the tyres , (225/70) R15 are too small. This sounds stupid but is there any way to get new tyres and bigger alloys as these tyres look small on such a big 4WD vehicle?

CR-V wheel and tyre sizes from 2006 to date are 17-inch steel wheels with 225/65 R17 tyres; 18-inch alloy wheels with 225/60 R18 tyres which are okay; or optional 245/45 R19 tyres that wreck the ride quality and are plainly ridiculous.
