Car suitable for electric buggy

I am looking to purchase a vehicle that is suitable for my mother's needs i.e a high seating position for easy access and a low load height and preferably a flat loading area to enable an electric buggy to be manually loaded on and off. A Ford Fusion seems to fit the bill, or maybe a Skoda Roomster. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
