Which estate car features a large boot and could replace my Peugeot 307 SW?
I am a golfer and frequently take two other ladies, three electric trollies and three large golf bags on days out. My current Peugeot 307 SW is wonderful, as the height of the boot enables me to put the trollies upright. The current trend for estate cars seems to be to slope the roof down towards the back, thus reducing height. Also, several cars have lips to their boots, and as I also do a lot of shopping, my back wouldn't cope with heaving stuff in and out over a lip. Price isn't the main issue, but a good bargain is. What should I buy?

The best mid-size estate is the Ford Focus estate which is well-built and spacious. A good value alternative would the the Kia Cee'd Estate, which has a huge load area.

Makes sense of the 307. Up to seven forward-facing seats. Good to drive. Decent diesels.
As good as the hatchback. Great to drive and very refined. Upmarket and comfortable interior. Usefully large boot. The best looking estate this size.
