Which small, automatic car offers a high seating position?

My wife has restricted movement in her left leg due to an unsuccessful knee operation, so I need to buy her a small (Citroen C3 size) economical automatic, preferably one with a high, off-the-floor seating position. She likes the C3 Picasso but it doesn't appear to available as an automatic. Any suggestions?

A Skoda Roomster would probably fit the bill. It's easy to get in and out of and has a low sill and raised seating position. It's also available with an automatic gearbox; the very good DSG auto box which is also used by Volkswagen.
