British made family car needed.

My family and I are looking to buy a new car. We currently have a Ford C-MAX and would like something of a similar size. We want a British built car which would fit in five people, plus have some boot space. Our most important requirement is the miles per gallon; we would like a car that is fuel efficient as we'll probably be using it for quite a few journeys around town.
