Heavy steering on a Honda Jazz
I have the option to buy a Honda Jazz (2002-2008) 1.4 CVT-7 and have had a 40 minute test drive but by the end of it, my arms felt like I had been lifting weights. I have never had this before, and I've driven all sorts of cars. The wheel always feels like it is resisting me. It needs to be turned back to centre when I go around a bend and if I am driving along a country lane with a lot of bends - I feel like I am dragging the car around them sometimes. The wheel isn't so stiff that it is unsafe but most steering wheels I have experienced do move reasonably well through your hands. What do you think this is?

The model has electric power steering which can be a bit sticky at the best of times. But I think this one has a real problem. I am currently driving a Mk II Jazz and while it is okay it would not be a car I would buy for driving pleasure. It would be one I would be for practicality and versatility. Nothing else its size is as big inside.
