which would you recommend between Porsche boxster S & Mercedes SLK 55 AMG ?
any o0thers to consider at this price ?

The Boxster S. Definitely NOT the MB SLK55 AMG. It's fairly horrible. Also consider a BMW Z4 35i and, of course, a Jaguar F-Type V6 S, but remember the Jag has very little luggage space.
