Is the Skoda Octavia coupe on the way?

I want to buy a new Skoda Octavia, but have been told that a coupe could be on the way. Will the Octavia coupe happen? I'm prepared to wait for a year or so.

May be true, but it doesn't fit with my understanding of Skoda's place in the VAG hierarchy. Skoda is its value brand. The direct replacement for your Rover 75 is the new Superb, which is an excellent car in all its incarnations, at very sensible prices: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/skoda/skoda-superb.../
