Can you recommend something to replace my X3?

I am in a quandary. My 2011 BMW X3 is having some electrical problems so I think I will replace it. Being retired I can no longer justify an expensive replacement. I'm quite tall and need a car with plenty of room and an automatic gearbox. I quite like the Skoda Superb and Volkswagen Tiguan. What do you suggest I buy?

Excellent new Skoda Superb tested here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/skoda/skoda-superb.../ But you can't have one until September. Surprised about electrical problems on the F25 X3. Please clarify. Tiguan is now getting to be an old model. Mazda CX-5 is a better choice: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/mazda/mazda-cx-5-2.../ New CR-V 1.6iDTEC 160 9-speed auto tested here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/honda/honda-cr-v-1.../
