BMW 428i or 435i Grand Coupe Auto?

Replacing my old BMW 3 Series 320SE. I'm considering either the 428i or 435i automatics. Is the 435i worth the extra £6000 to get the six-cylinder engine which I am used to on the 320i?

Now you see more on the roads, these are absolutely stunning looking cars. But the 428i is heavier than the 328i and while 245PS is okay, it's not as effortless as the 313PS 435i. However, Real MPG shows a significant difference: 36.6mpg for the 428i and 30.5mpg for the 435i. There were a few problems with early production 2.0 litre 245PS engines, but these seem to be over. Try to avoid bigger than 18" wheels.
