Low mileage Polo - what should I check?

I am interested in buying a Volkswagen Polo Match with low mileage but first registered in 2008. It currently has 3500 miles and has been used by an elderly lady. It has a full service history and all the MoT certificates. Should I be wary or is this a bargain?

Be wary. I guess it's the old model that wasn't very good anyway. And 3500 miles of short runs from cold over seven years will not have been good for it. Will have caused a lot of internal engine, transmission and exhaust system condensation. Don't pay over the odds just because it's only done 3500 miles.
