Buying a used Lexus - CT 200h or IS?

I am looking at a nearly new 2014 Lexus IS 300h £19,999 to replace my beloved 2004 Honda CRV. However my local dealer claims that the CT 200h is a good hybrid as well and is offering me a 2014 model for £19,000

My budget is £20,000 and could you please tell me which car to get or any alternavtives?

The cheapest new IS300h is £30,000. It's in a different league from the CT200h, which is really just an Auris/Prius 1.8 HSD in a fancier suit of clothes. So, assuming the IS300h checks out as a UK car with a proper UK warranty, I'd go for that.
