New cars left standing - are they safe to buy?

My local Ford dealer has a C-Max available on new plates. However, the car itself has been on stock for nine months. Is this car safe to buy, considering potential tire deformation and A/C not used for this period?

Obviously you will be getting a £5000 discount on the new list price? If so, worth a punt. The tyres will have been overpressured for storage so should not have flatspotted.
