What are the pitfalls of buying a high mileage A4?

I am interested in buying a Audi A4 2.0 TDi S-line, Multitronic with 153,000 on the clock. It has full Audi service history and has had them regularly, every 10,000 miles. The car looks immaculate inside and out and they said the mileage is motorway.

What problems could you see arising with buying this? If we bought this car we wouldn't be doing more than 5000 miles a year.

I don't think this is a very good idea. Here's the problem history of the A4 B8: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/audi/a4-b8-2008/?sec...d
