Ford Powershift gearbox making noises - can you help?

I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec with Powesrhift automatic gearbox which two weeks after I bought it started making "clunking" noises at slow speeds from cold. Ford Dealer and Ford Technician have stated that they cannot find any faults but these noises are spoiling an otherwise enjoyable car. Having googled my problem I see that quite a few other people in various countries have issues with Ford's Powershift dual clutch gerabox and I wondered what you would advise me to do since Ford UK doesn't seem to want to sort the problem let alone acknowledge that there is a problem.

A problem has developed of the transmission input shaft oil seal giving way and leaking oil onto what is supposed to be the twin dry clutches of this transmission.
