Which cars have the best visibility?
What is the ground clearance of these hatchbacks: Renault Megane (2008), Vauxhall Corsa (2006), SEAT Ibiza (2008).
I'm asking because I want to buy a car that is economic, medium size, and my main question is about ability to see everything around you, not to lay deep down in the car.
Can you recommend me a hatchback type car with great ground clearance and visibility? Sorry for my terrible english skills.

You don't mean ground clearance. You mean a high seat. And you have made that plain so no need to apologies about your English skills. I'd look at a KIA Venga (just updated for 2015), Hyundai ix35 and Ford B-Max. Alternatively, the UK spec Toyota Yaris was always a bit higher than other small hatchbacks. My 4' 11" wife was very happy in hers. While the old model Toyota Auris was also a bit higher than the class average. But if you want extra ground clearance as well (which also brings a higher seat) and a cheap price, consider a Dacia Sanders Stepway. Or the dearer Renault Captur and Peugeot 2008.
