Buying a used Nissan Qashqai - what problems do I need to be aware of?

I am thinking of buying a 2010 Nissan Qashqai ntec with 36,000 miles and a full service history. The dealer wants £13,5000. What problems might I need to be aware of and are there suitable alternatives?

I will trade in my 2007 Toyota Corolla 1.6 SR with 57,000 miles. How much should I expect on part exchange?
