I need a small car with all of the following:
I want to buy a small petrol hatchback with a chain driven camshaft, a full size alloy spare wheel and a decent toolkit with a spider wheel wrench and proper wheel jack. I do not want stop/start technology, electronic handbrake or daytime running lights. What can I buy at any price?

You have to have DRLs now (but you are still allowed to switch them off once you get the okay from your insurer). All our reviews at www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar now tell you what sort of puncture provision is available for the car.
