Buying a Clio/Captur 1.2 - can I get a manual?

I'm looking to upgrade from my Megane Coupe to potentially a Captur or even the Clio (which is know as about as big as my Megane).

The 1.2 TCE seems good but I hate the EDC. Is it likely Renault will introduce a manual in the next 12 months? It seems odd to only offer a semi-auto with arguably the best engine?

Yes, the 1.2TCe is an excellent engine. Economical too. It's in the Megane, Scenic, Qashqai and Juke with manual boxes so they probably can't make enough of them, but eventually it's got to be coming to the Captur.
