Rejecting a car over a dashboard rattle
I recently rejected a car after the dealer refused to fix a dashboard rattle under warranty. Te rejection was within six months of purchase, but the dealer ignored my return of the car and letter with keys.
The finance company wanted £9000 approx under terms of voluntary termination of lease. Case in small claims court and finance company is requesting £5000, should I settle out of court?

A dashboard rattle is usually considered by a judge to be to trivial a reason to reject a car.
