Why does my Skoda Citigo suffer from squealing brakes?

I'm having problems with my Skoda Citigo. The car is just a few months old, but suffers with squealing brakes. The dealer has stripped down the brakes twice, but the problem persists. Do all Citigos have this problem?

No. Try braking harder first time out in the mornings. That should clear overnight surface rust off the brake discs.
