Jaguar XJ diesel - any common problems?

I'm thinking of changing my 2008 BMW 520D for a 2006-ish jag XJ 2.7 litre diesel. Other than body corrosion issues do you know of any specific issues/problems I should check for?

The oxidation issues are between the steel and the alloy bits. The twin turbos get very hot so the oil feed pipes to them could become blocked with carbon. More here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/jaguar/xj-x350-2003/...d
