Need a small family car - what do you recommend?

I want to buy a small family car. My choices are a 2013 SEAT Leon 1.6 TDI or a 2013 Ford Focus 1.6 TDI. Which would you buy?

I'd go for the Focus because Ford's 8 valve 1.6TDCI 115 is much better than VAG's 1.6TDI. For prices, see: www.honestjohn.co.uk/used-prices/
