Can I fit 16-inch wheels to my Hyundai ix35?
I own a 2012 Hyundai ix35 with 18-inch wheels. Is it possible to change these down to a 16-inch alloy with corresponding sized tyre without changing anything else?

Providing the 16-inch wheels clear the front brakes, yes.
