Strange vibration/rattle on Saab 9-3
I have a 2008 Saab 9-3 1.9 TDI. For the past year or so a buzzing vibration noise occurs at around 2000rpm. It sounds like its coming from inside the dash or perhaps in the air vents. There are no problems with air con or anything else and it happens regardless if the fan or air con is on or off. Any ideas?

Might be the inlet manifold swirl flaps, a known problem area amongst many problems with this engine.
