Buying a car that's not moved in months - what should I look out for?

I am looking at a new Toyota Yaris TR pre-registered on a 2013 plate with 100 miles on the clock. Are there any pitfalls from buying a car that has been stood for several months?

Rusty discs, rusty exhaust system, duff battery, flatspotted tyres.
