Flasher repeater is not working - how do I fix it?

The flasher repeater on the offside external mirror is not working on my 2010 Ford Focus estate. How do I fix it?

Check that the wiring to it is not trapped in the door shut. If not, dismantle the mirror pod and replace the bulb. They come to bits fairly easily once you know how.
