What in car mounted camera would you recommend buying?

I had a smartnav for a while, but it went with the car. Has GPS so records precise location and time as well as the incident itself, so is evidential. Small and unobtrusive. Fits at top of screen behind sunvisor. Only problem is that Max software is not Mac approved. PC software fine.
