Water leak - can you help?

When it rains heavily, the passenger foot well carpet becomes saturated and I am unable to locate where it is getting in, the under seat storage compartment has also been wet. This is occurring when the car is parked. The door seal seems to be OK and the pollen filter cover is fitted correctly I don't know what else to look for.

The drains to the bulkhead vent well are probably blocked and rainwater has nowhere to go except via the pollen filter into the car.
