Can you recommend a used diesel automatic?

I am looking to buy a medium to large used diesel estate with an automatic gearbox on a budget of about £8000. The car will be used mainly for commuting which will alternate between a round trip of 80 miles on a mixture of motorway A and B roads, and short trip of five miles. Economy and reliability are more important to me than performance.
