Vibration on acceleration

I am suffering vibration through the floor during acceleration, particularly 1st 2nd 3rd gear (high torque), the whole car shakes, it disappears as torque is reduced, it is a manual g/box. It is not there at motorway speeds. No vibration in steering or gear lever. All tyres replaced, no buckled wheels, both front drive shafts renewed with factory reconditioned units, rear diff oil changed. My garage has checked the prop shaft & reports no play in joints or middle bearing. Apart from replacing the Prop shaft with a reconditioned item to eliminate that, I don't know what else to check, none of the above have helped. Have others suffered this problem on CRV ?

You've listed all the possibilities I could have come up with, including the rear diff oil, so all that remains is tyres. Try swapping them front to back. Of course, if there is a difference in tread depth and circumference front to back, then that is the problem. All need to be as close as possible to the same circumference.
