Should I ditch my Mercedes for a Subaru?
A local Subaru dealership has a couple of Legacy Estates for sale (Legacy SE Nav Plus 2L Petrol Auto) 10 miles on the clock, registered Dec 2013 - priced at £17995.
Seems like a lot of car for the money but I understand Subarus can be expensive to run. I don't do many miles per year (max 7000) - is the Legacy worth serious consideration at that price?
I currently drive a 2009 Mercedes E280 diesel ( 30000 miles on the clock) but am a bit worried that I could soon be looking at escalating costs.

Your facelift W211 should be okay for a couple more years. They became vastly better after the 2006 facelift. The point of the Subaru would be to get 4WD, if you need it.
