My car is letting water in - how can I fix it?

I have noticed that the floor of my 2001 Honda Civic is very wet and everything is damp inside the car. What’s more, my seats have started to go mouldy and have an odour in the car too. Can you help? I can’t seem to find where the water is coming in and am getting worried.

Water is entering the car most probably via the bulkhead vent well because the drains to it either side are blocked. These need to be cleared and the pollen filter which will be sodden with water also needs to be replaced. The seats have simply absorbed the condensation water inside the car.
