Which cars have firm seats?

A very firm, supportive seat is medically essential for me. Can you recommend any alternatives to a Golf GT please?

Seats in Golf GTIs cripple me because the side bolsters go too high for my shoulders. I cannot drive them. But assuming they suit you, then look at German cars generally because this is a design trait of them. Sporty German cars are designed for tall German men or narrow shouldered women.
