Where can I get a dent in my Nissan Note repaired?

I am a second owner of a 2011 Nissan Note purchased in May 2012. During the annual waxing in June this year (as advised under the 3-year warranty) I noticed an inward bow below the edge of the driver's door causing an uneven appearance with the leading edge of the offside rear passenger door (see photos attached). The Nissan dealer from whom the car was purchased has declined to repair the defect and considers it due to "consequential damage". Nissan Customer Services has also declined to meet any repair under the vehicle warranty. (This continued at great length.)

It looks like a dent to me, caused by rubbing against something relatively soft, or something soft rubbing against it, which could have happened while the car was parked. A 'Minor Damage Repairer' can probably push or pull it back out. But if you have a TomTom or other screen mounted satnav, or a GoPro, you might be able to use the suction mount to pull it back into shape yourself.
